Closing out their E3 showing, Atlus USA annoucned yesterday that Caligula would be getting localized for North/South America and Europe in Spring 2017 for the PS Vita. This will be a digital download only. I was hoping for a physical copy of the game personally but I will take what I can get.
ATLUS and FuRyu are partnering once again to localize and release Caligula as a digital download title for the PlayStation®Vita in the Americas AND Europe next spring.
