No Love For Rashid?

Rashid has been an interesting and corky character added to the mix in Street Fighter V. However, since the tournament season has started for Capcom Cup, there has been no usage of him in Top 8 at any event (as of May 30, 2016). Anthony and Michael breakdown why they think Rashid is not a viable option for high level tournament play. Take a look at the video below:
